ORDERING INFORMATION

You can order by email at patcrawford1@earthlink.net or call (870) 732-2452 to discuss your order.  We accept credit card information over the phone.

• We work out of the shop and forward the phones when we aren't there so you should get an answer.  If you don't reach us we may have just stepped out for lunch or ran a quick errand so you can leave a message and we'll get back to you.

• We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail.  USPS requires a signature upon delivery for anything valued over $100 for insurance purposes.  This runs around $10.00 to $25.00 or a little more depending on weight and insurance on the package.  You will get an email from USPS.com with tracking information on your order.  If you or any other adult at the delivery address will not be able to sign for the package, the post office will leave a delivery attempt notice and you can pick up the package the next day at the post office.  Please inform us upon ordering if you want us to leave off this signature option and prevent some inconvenience for you--but realize the insurance will not be available in case the package is lost.

• Crawford Knives gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

 

CRAWFORD knives are cutting instruments, please use them for the purpose intended. You should be aware that most localities have laws that regulate the carrying and concealment of any knife regardless of the type. Certain knives, blade designs and blade lengths are against the law in specific areas. With changes in national security, knives may not be permitted on certain local, state, and federal property. Although CRAWFORD knives makes knives for servicemen, and law enforcement, it is your  responsibility, upon purchasing a CRAWFORD knife to know the applicable laws and regulation regarding the purchase, ownership and possession of one of our knives.
