The Legionnaire in Iraq
The Legionnaire is being carried by
several private contractors doing body guard work for some of the
American engineers that are working on a construction project. They
are seeing a lot of everyday use.
The Legionnaire is a
knife designed by Dave West and Devin Reynolds of Legion security
company that teaches (among other courses) a Defensive Knife Tactics
course. The concepts of this course come out in The Legionnaire
knife. The course promotes legal, yet effective, tactical knife defenses for military, law
enforcement, and civilians. The knife was designed with local laws in mind, so the blade
was kept under the 4" blade length limit of most jurisdictions. The grip is designed
to facilitate quick removal from the sheath and grip retention once in the hand. The knife
was designed with many knife grips in mind (including reverse grip). Legion Consulting is
proud to have Pat Crawford and Crawford Knives build this knife.
The Legionnaire has a 3"
S30V blade,
an EXTREME high grind line (this makes the knife an incredible slasher/meat cutter,
definitely not meant to be a pry bar, this blade is for defense by design, not for opening
a can of franks and beans (although it will slice a seat belt nicely), file work on thumb
raise and on hilt (this facilitates any grip you like whether ice-pick, saber, forward,
reverse, etc.), skeletonized handle (makes it light and extremely thin for concealment),
false edge on top, finger groove, and a drilled handle (facilitates grip; also places
balance point of the knife more forward for control and "pointing"
characteristics). The knife also comes with one of Crawford Knives secure Kydex sheaths.

The Raider Neck Knife is one of
our larger neck knives. It is favorite of law enforcement, because
it's handle size is large enough to use with gloves. It is very
good utility knife is that it will do most jobs. It is a emergency
hunting knife, self defense protection tool , smaller camp knife and
any general cutting a knife needs to do.
The coating is tungsten DLC,
(the best coating available). The sheath is kydex and comes with a
chain and a removable "J" hook for inside the waist band carry. The
holes in the handle lighten the knife and aid in griping as do the
serration in the thumb area.

Made from s30v steel the blade is 2
1/2"long and it is 5 1/2" over all in length. Fitted with a
kydex sheath and a stainless steel chain the is a knife
you can count on. It has a flat bead blasted finish and
is razor sharp.
This is a small knife that is
easily carried around the neck and will fit in your pock
inside its sheath. This knife is not for the big hard jobs
that some knives do, but is for small jobs like opening a
box or letter and all the small jobs a knife has to do every
day. The lanyard give the handle a little extra length, but
can be removed and used in an emergency or if you just
prefer not to have it on the knife.
Neck Knife (Drop Point or Tanto)
Made from 1/8 s30v stainless steel. These are
very light and concealable self defense knives that will also double as a light duty
utility tool.
The holes and serrations aid in gripping and
help lighten the knife. Each is fitted with a Kydex sheath and a stainless steel break
away chain.

A little bigger than some other neck knives
this one can be used more as a weapon rather than just self defense. All bead blasted 1/8
S30V stainless steel, kydex sheath and a break away chain. We give you enough chain so
that you can make yours the length you prefer. Holes in the handle to help lighten the
knife and serrations in the thumb area to help the grip. New belt loop attachment allows
the Kasper Neck Knife to be worn as an inside the waistband hideout.

The Hangnail
The Hangnail comes with a kydex sheath and
break-away stainless steel ball chain. Designed to hang on the little finger when not in
use, it leaves the fingers free for other tasks. Just swing it up to the palm when a
cutting blade is needed. It is made from S30V stainless steel, 6 1/2 inches overall and
a 7/8 inch hole. Tungsten DLC finish. Originally make as a trout or bird knife,
we sell about as many as a weapon. Great in the
kitchen also.
