We have an answering machine and may be in a part of the shop where we can't hear the telephone. Please leave a message and we will call you back. You can also send an email. I try to answer email everyday.
I work out of my home so anytime the telephone rings I am working. Wes is in the shop most week days by 8:00 am. I get going about 9:00 am. and work until I can't. If you don't get us we may have just stepped out for lunch or to go to the post office so please call back.
We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail with a signature requirement upon delivery for insurance purposes. This runs around $20.00 or a little more. If you or any other adult at the delivery address will not be able to sign for the package, please inform us upon ordering so we can leave off this option and prevent some inconvenience for you. Shipping by Priority Mail is working out very well.

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE HAS RAISED THEIR RATES. COST FOR SHIPPING 3 DAY SELECT IS AROUND $25 WITH INSURANCE. We are using the U.S. Postal Service more lately since the rates are a little better and they have been doing a good job.

It is best to call and I can take your order by telephone and you can give me your credit card information at the time.
