QUALITY AND CARE SINCE 1972

BACK

9-1-10

Hi Pat,

I can't remember what year maybe 10-12 years ago at Marietta show.

Carried everyday, everywhere for 10 years.

I came to realize, that was the best day

I would ever have with my Dad in Georgia.

This knife now transcends the original intent.

It is now in semiretirement.

I intend to have it forever & pass it on.

 Steve

Hello all,

We wanted to thank you so very much for our purchases. We received the priority box on Saturday and we must say that when we opened the box to look at the knives we were amazed! The KASPER FLIPPER FOLDER, LIZARD SKIN DAMASCUS is truly a work of art and is a real substantial {hand full} of knife. Practically every surface is been given great attention and needless to say, the action is smooth as silk.
The MIDNIGHT EXPRESS is also outstanding it's class/type as well. We were surprised at the artistic and practical attributes of this creative folder including the milling and DLC. Incidentally, the apparent variations in the DLC/ black coating ARE the result of the oil in photography - the knife is flawless.
Needless to say the Kasper is best kept in 'the collection' -safe and sound and the Midnight could easily be used for carry or as a collectible. In our case,  the latter.
Pat and Wes, you have truly outdone yourselves on these two. As for the Kasper, we had to study this knife to find the multitude of details and superb craftsmanship that went into it's making. The blue anodized titanium{and red} liners really help set this one off in appearance in addition to everything else. The photos do not do justice to these masterpieces.
   Thanks a million !!!

6-22-10

We are working on Ice Picks and should have them ready to go out by the end of the week. There are still a few from this first group that haven't been spoken for, but they won't last long. Ice Picks.

6-22-10 We have added a new page to our web site, Customers Collections. We are posting pictures of Crawford knives that customers send us. I should have done this long ago.

6-10-10

We are back from the Blade Show and getting back to our orders. We had a good show and the crowd was large. Cody took two knives he made and sold both of them. He used the money to buy more damascus and handle material and is planning on making a few knives this summer.

4-30-10

The Blade Show  is getting close and Wes is starting to make knives for that show. I will be posting them to  the web site as he finishes them. Start watching next week.  Pat

Pat/Wes,

I received my Natural on 4/9/2010 as promised. I know that during our original ordering discussion we agreed on the attributes and materials of the Knife, but the final results are Spectacular for me!  I carry all the time and every time I use it or handle it I am amazed with the overall Quality of design and the Artistic blend of the features that you blended into the finished Knife. It will be used and a valued Treasure for the rest of my life. Thanks again for a Very Special Knife.

        Hi Pat and Wes,

I not sure what to say or how to tell you how happy I am with both knives you made for me!!!!!  The selection of tooth and the make up of its design perfectly matches the Spirograph Damascus steel in the knife.  The “Old Ivory” just makes the Thomas Reptilian Damascus “Pop!”  I can not be any happier than I am.  You have always done me right and for this I am so very happy.  Thank you for the reduced price, this is one disabled Vet that truly appreciates it.

I hope that next week I will be feeling a little better and I will be able to write you a letter, so that if you chose, you can use it or me as a reference.  Thank you again for all your hard work and perfection is the manufacturing of both my knives.  Take care and have fun.

Thank you for the honest information you provided on the survival staff.

Ray

2-13-10  Pat and Wes are working hard for the New York Knife Show, which starts next Friday Feb. 19th. It will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Times Square. We hope to see you there.

A NOTE FROM ONE OF OUR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS.

Hi Janie,
I have received the knife today.. Everything is fine , no problem.
After I opened the package, I am impress the Dragon. Dragon model is my favorite knife, and plus it was customized by Wes make me so much impress. Because it is my 1st custom knife. The grind is very good both form & function.

PAT/WES............GOT A "TITANIUM TRIUMPH" FROM YOU AROUND THIS PAST THANKSGIVING.  MEANT TO E-MAIL YOU BEFORE NOW.  I ALREADY HAVE THREE OF YOUR KNIVES. JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT THE "TRIUMPH" IS AWESOME.  VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE HAND AND THE BLADE IS BEAUTIFUL !!!!!
THE DESIGN......THE CURVES.........BEST SHAPED BLADE YOU'VE EVER MADE
(IN MY OPINION) . GOOD DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN. NOW IF I CAN GET OFF MY BUTT AGAIN I'LL SEND U A PICTURE OF MY OTHER "CRAWFORD'S"
FOR YOUR "HISTORY PAGE".
 TAKE CARE, ALLEN

1-26-10 I am back from the SHOT SHOW. I had a good time seeing a lot of old friends that I only see once a year. I though I would have a nice warm trip to the desert, it rained everyday I was there.

1-20-10   I was looking for a new boot knife the other day and I ran into your webpage. About 9 or 10 years ago I purchased a “Point Guard” pocket knife of your design. I thought I’d drop you a line to say how great your knife has performed over the years. Never had a problem of any kind and I’m thinking of  having it sharpened for the first time after 9 years of service. A great product! Thanks, Donald.

1-15-10 I leave for the Shot Show in Las Vegas Monday January 18 and will return Sunday January 24. Wes and Janie will be here making knives and answering the phone. Give them a call if you need anything.

1-13-10     These are two monster Dragons that have just been heat treated.  They are 3/8" thickness which is extra heavy duty D2 tool steel.  These are both sold but when we put the handles on them and they are finished, I'll put some more pictures of them on the website.  We have two more of these extra big Dragons laid out to be cut of 3/8" S30V.  One will have a 7" blade and the other will have an 8" blade.

1-11-10     Here's a new, experimental design we are working on.  It will have two or three different blade shapes and we haven't settled on those yet.  This little neck knife will be more intended for utility work and not stabbing.  We'll have more on these as the design develops.

1-06-10     It is freezing outside but the lathe is smokin' inside the shop - Among other things, Wes is working on some Survival Staff parts since we are getting low on staffs.  Once the parts are ready, they will have to be sent off to get anodized black.

1-05-10     We are still getting some knives ready to be sent off for the black DLC coating such as the Triumph Neck Knife and large model Bottle (Key) Openers.  Also, next week we will be finishing up some new model Mini Titanium Raiders.

1-04-10   Wes is getting some of our NEW EQUALIZERS ready for the black DLC coating. They are still rough, but this is how they are looking. I will have more and better pictures when they are finished and we get them back from coating.
