The following pages are pictures of knives I have made over the years. I didn't take pictures of all the knives I made and some of the most unusual and one of a kind are lost, unless some of you have the knives and will send me a picture. I do have a lot of pictures and will put them up as time permits. We are not taking orders on any of these old models.

THE FIRST CRAWFORD KNIFE - I'VE STILL HAVE IT.

first.jpg (27328 bytes)

The first hand made knife I made, sometime in 1972. I don't know how I managed to hang onto this one. It was made from a 3/8" piece of 440c steel that was give to me. The tang is the 3/8' thickness, and  the blade is 1/8'" tapered to the point. The handle is rose wood put together with brass screws and rounded down nuts. The blade is mirror polished.

Fantasy fighter made in about 1988 154cm steel, stag handle mirror polished. All the grinds and points are sharp.

bowie 1.jpg (28968 bytes)

Large custom Bowie from 1/4" thick 440c steel. The blade is about 11" to 12" long, the guard and fittings are nickel silver, and  the handle is ebony. This knife was made in the mid to late 1970's

scorpin fix-fol.jpg (33641 bytes)

Scorpion fixed and folding model. Late 1980s' or early 90s'.The folder is our Frame Lock construction (famous Crawford Lock), the handle material is stag and the steel is 440c in the handle and 154cm in the blade. The fixed blade is 440c and micarta all mirror polished.

bunch--1975.jpg (98285 bytes)

Knives from 1975

SCORPION - LINER LOCK  Rain drop damascus blade, titanium handles, decorative holes and anodizing. Early 90's.

I think this is the second folder I made. It has Crawford #1 1975 written on the blade with a hand held engraver. The bolsters and liners are nickel silver and the pins are stainless steel. The bolster is engraved.
