The blade is 5inches long and made from 5/8 inch thick D2 tool steel, (the toughest). It is bead blasted and tungsten DLC coated, the best coating available. the handle is linen micarta and bolted on with large Allen screws. The heavy duty Kydex sheath has tough leather belt loop and can be removed for strapping onto web gear.

The heavy 5/8" dragon along side a standard 1/8" dragon.

Point comparison. The point on the standard model is great, the Heavy is much more massive.
