The 4" blade and bolsters are Devin Thomas Herringbone Damascus. The handle is a chip cut Mammoth tooth  material and is different from most of the Mammoth tooth handles on knives.

There are 10 man made Diamonds set into the bolsters and the thumb stud.

File work all around the back spacer, the liners, the pocket clip and out onto the blade.

All put together with gold clad screws, and the pivot screw is file worked.
